Pathetic service. For sales they will call 10 times a day. For support they do not pick up calls, their support number doesn’t work majority of the times. None of the employees is trained on how to listen and speak to the other person. …

Ship Mozo customer care support is below average…. This is the only problem otherwise use of site is easy and rates are also comparatively less. There are two problem 1st is it’s tracking is not real time. 2nd is customer support is worst… no reply nothing just corrier agency pe naam rakh dete hain aur khud ki koi zimmedari nahi hai.
