Completion of mandatory trainings related to data integrity, health, and safety is required for all team members. Role Purpose: Responsible for tracking and ensuring accountability during shift activities. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and monitor overnight lab reactions. Supervise hydrogenation reactions conducted after regular working hours. Prepare and fill inorganic chemicals for laboratory use. Supply oxygen, argon, carbon dioxide, and ammonia cylinders to lab scientists as needed. Manage the quenching of toxic materials and transport them to designated quenching stations. Record and monitor lab cold room temperatures. Oversee solvent refilling activities. Respond promptly to emergencies arising from unexpected incidents. Ensure instruments and equipment are turned off when not in use. Prepare scrubber solutions for various lab hoods including column, walk-in, HTS, and ADC labs. Experience: Freshers or up to 3 years relevant experience. Skills: Effective oral and written communication. Proficient with basic computer applications including Excel and PowerPoint. Practical knowledge in outbound/inbound logistics, SEZ documentation, US-related documentation. Understanding of purchasing and warehouse operations. Ability to comprehend project and departmental objectives and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
