We are looking for a Civil Maintenance professional responsible for the upkeep and repair of civil infrastructure across multiple locations. The role involves both reactive and proactive maintenance activities, vendor coordination, and ensuring the overall integrity of civil assets. Key Responsibilities: Oversee maintenance and repair of civil components such as buildings, plumbing systems, waterproofing, tiling, painting, fabrication, and glazing. Collaborate closely with store teams to diagnose issues and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely, quality-driven execution of maintenance tasksoften remotelywhile maintaining strong working relationships. Conduct regular site visits to proactively identify and address maintenance needs. Monitor the resolution of store-reported issues to ensure prompt closure. Assist stores with preventive and corrective measures for leakages, including waterproofing, drainage, and roof gutter maintenance. Prepare cost estimates and budgets for minor repair or renovation works. Ensure plumbing systems and washroom facilities are always in optimal condition. Candidate Profile Educational Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree (BE/B.Tech) in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) Key Competencies: Solid understanding of civil works including masonry, waterproofing, painting, and fabrication. Proficiency in planning and overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance. Experience managing tasks across multiple sites and the ability to multitask effectively. Skilled in vendor coordination and capable of building reliable vendor networks. Strong communication skills with a willingness to travel as required. Team-oriented mindset with hands-on problem-solving capabilities.
