Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Gumia. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include managing crews, monitoring progress, enforcing safety regulations, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with project managers, ensuring quality control, and maintaining compliance with engineering standards and specifications. Qualifications Experience in site supervision, project management, and civil engineering Proficiency in interpreting construction plans and blueprints Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control practices Excellent communication and team coordination skills Relevant qualifications or certifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management Proven track record in managing industrial, commercial, and residential projects
