Key Responsibilities : GST Compliance : Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.) on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis. GST Reconciliation : Reconcile GST data from purchase (Book vs GSTR2A) and sales ledgers, matching with GST returns and ensuring no discrepancies. GST Audits : Assist in preparing and providing documentation for GST audits conducted by authorities. GST Notices : Assist in preparation of GST notices like ASMT-10,GST Department Audit, Tax Evasion & Investigation. GST Advisory : Provide guidance and support to other departments regarding GST-related queries, ensuring compliance with the latest GST laws. GST Payment Management : Ensure proper computation of GST liability and facilitate the timely payment of taxes. Documentation : Maintain proper records of GST-related documents, such as invoices, challans, and returns, ensuring they are updated and readily accessible for audits and reviews. Regulatory Updates : Stay updated on changes in GST laws, rules, and regulations to ensure the company's compliance. Tax Invoices : Ensure that invoices issued comply with GST norms and provide accurate details of GST amounts.
