We’re Hiring | Junior Fashion Designer – Shephalee by Iti Samanta Company Description Shephalee by Iti Samanta is a luxury designer label that celebrates India’s timeless artistry through Odisha’s handloom heritage. Our collections blend the nostalgia of vintage elegance with the grace of modern design, each piece handcrafted with soul and sophistication. We’re looking for a Junior Fashion Designer to join our creative team, someone passionate about textiles, crafting digital prints & patterns, and the beauty of handcrafted fashion. Your Role: Assist in conceptualizing and developing new designs Create digital prints, motifs, and layout designs for new sarees & other collections for sub brands Work on fittings, detailing, and textile selection Collaborate with production teams Support the senior designer in sample creation and shoots You’re a great fit if you: Have a background in Fashion Design Understand textiles, embroidery & construction techniques Are creative, detail-driven, and eager to learn Have strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Love handlooms and Indian crafts Have excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced studio environment. Why Join Us ?
