Role Description This is a full-time on-site Executive role located in Farrukhnagar. The Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring quality control, and implementing organizational strategies. The role requires coordinating with various departments, facilitating communication, and driving the achievement of business goals. Qualifications Strong management and leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Experience in quality control and operations management Ability to implement and oversee organizational strategies Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software Relevant experience in the Confectionery or Food Processing industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
