Role Overview: The Assistant Manager Performance Management is responsible for the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the organizations Performance Management System (PMS). The role ensures performance processes are timely, fair, and aligned with business goals. The incumbent will work closely with department heads, HRBPs, and leadership to facilitate employee growth and performance alignment across functions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performance Management Cycle Execution Drive the annual and monthly performance review cycles (goal setting, monthly reviews, annual appraisals). Coordinate timelines, communication, and PMS training for managers and employees. Monitor PMS dashboards and follow up for timely completion of reviews and ratings. 2. Process Management Resolve employee queries and provide them support to complete the process. Assist in Implementing the HRMS System for PMS process to enhancements and automation for PMS and trained the same to employees. 3. Goal Setting & Alignment Collaborate with managers to ensure SMART goal setting aligned with business objectives. Review and validate KRAs and KPIs for consistency across levels and functions. 4.
