Greetings from the SHEAT Group of Institutions, Varanasi. Applications are invited for the positions of Professor/Associate Professor/ Assistant Professor/Professor of Practice in the Department of Computer Science Engineering . Candidates with experience in managing or leading academic departments, along with teaching expertise, are encouraged to apply. For the role Professor/Associate Professor applicants must hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science along with B.Tech, M.Tech in CSE and should ideally have academic administrative or teaching experience as per AICTE norms. For the role of Assistant Professor applicants must hold both a B.Tech and M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) or Information Technology (IT). Experienced Industrial incumbent may also join us as Professor of Practice. We seek dynamic individuals with a passion for teaching and a commitment to academic excellence. Job descriptions- 1. Planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating curriculum for students. 2. Monitor reliability and performance of all internal systems to suggest improvements. 3. Develop and implement innovative instructional methods and attainments. 4. Develop professional excellence to improvise student performance. 5. Guide and mentor students in research projects. 6. Assess, review and evaluate student activities and progress. 7. Overall monitoring of the department which includes stock registers, conduction of examinations, completion of syllabi on time etc. 8. Active participation in Research & Development work for funding. 9. Participation in department development 10. Adheres to the Quality Management System (QMS ) Procedures. 11. Working experience in NAAC/ NBA accredited institutions will be preferable. 12. NPTL/MOOCS/SWAYAM certification is desirable. 13. Knowledge of Emerging Areas/ Advance Training is desirable. 14. Candidate with prior experience of holding administrative responsibilities will be preferable for HOD position. Qualifications, Experience and other eligibility conditions are as per AICTE Norms.
