Key Responsibilities: Accounts: Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in Tally or similar accounting software. Prepare and manage GST returns, TDS, and other statutory filings. Handle accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely reconciliation. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Support audits by providing required documentation and reports. Monitor bank transactions and maintain updated cash/bank books. Purchase: Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging, and other items required by the production team. Evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure cost-effective purchasing. Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs), and track vendor deliveries. Maintain purchase records and vendor performance data. Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, and internal departments to ensure timely supply chain execution. Follow up on pending orders and ensure procurement aligns with production timelines.
