Job Description ERP Implementation & Automation LeadCompany: Sri Bhagwati Traders Location: Nagpur Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Analyze existing ERP workflows, challenges, and data structures. Coordinate with Zoho implementation/support teams for module setup and customization. Lead complete data migration with validation and cleanup. Build and configure a customer ordering platform/app integrated with Zoho. Develop automated workflows for: Order placement Rate quotation Inventory syncing Billing and tracking Create SOPs and standardize system-based processes across all departments. Collaborate with developers to integrate the companys website with the ERP. Conduct full-cycle testing, deployment, UAT, training sessions, and post-go-live support. Ensure ongoing system monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancement. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP implementation (Zoho preferred). Should have Implementation experience in Apps, different ERP Modules Proven experience in data migration, workflow automation, and module configuration. Ability to work hands-on with system configuration or basic coding/scripting. Strong analytical, documentation, and project management skills. Solid understanding of sales, inventory, procurement, and operations workflows. Fluency in English. Proficiency in Excel and data handling. Preferred Attributes Highly self-driven with a process-oriented mindset. Ability to independently lead and deliver end-to-end implementation. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Work Timing: 9:00 AM – 5:00/6:00 PM (flexible as per project requirements).
