We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate B2B Lead Generation Specialist to identify, contact, and qualify potential clients within the UK market. This role is crucial for building a robust sales pipeline and setting up qualified appointments for our sales team.Key Responsibilities Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective UK companies to introduce our services and generate interest. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (e.g., Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) and determine their potential fit for our offerings. Database Management: Accurately track, maintain, and update lead information and interactions in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects. Market Research: Conduct research on target industries, market trends, and specific company details to inform outreach strategies. Reporting: Track and report on daily/weekly/monthly lead generation activities, metrics, and outcomes. Communication: Maintain excellent verbal and written communication with both prospects and internal teams. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: Proven experience (1+ years preferred) in a lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales role, preferably within a B2B environment. Experience with Western or UK companies is a plus. Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written) with a clear, professional telephone manner and neutral accent suitable for the UK audience. Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport quickly and manage initial client relationships effectively. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Work Ethic: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to meet targets.
