Role Description As a Video Production Intern at Shape Stories Studio, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end content creation process—from ideation to post-production. This hands-on internship is perfect for someone passionate about video, digital media, and storytelling. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative and production teams while learning the nuances of video production, brand content creation, and creative strategy. Responsibilities Video Editing : Assist in editing high-quality video content using tools like VN, Inshot, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Social Media Strategy & Calendar Planning : Support the team in planning, strategizing, and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms. Client Servicing : Coordinate with clients during pre-production, shoot, and post-production phases. Support smooth communication and brief alignment. Shoot BTS (Behind-the-Scenes) : Capture and manage BTS content during video/photo shoots for use in marketing and promotional material. Shoot Management : Support and manage on-set logistics—including scheduling, crew coordination, prop/equipment prep, shot tracking, and time management—to ensure smooth and efficient production days. Production Support : Help with camera setups, lighting, props, and on-ground coordination during shoots. Quality Control : Review raw and edited footage for consistency, technical accuracy, and brand alignment. Learning & Development : Engage in ongoing learning to strengthen creative and technical skills through feedback, shadowing, and team guidance. Ideation & Trend Research : Conduct research on trending formats, content styles, and industry concepts to inspire creative directions. Storyboarding & Concept Development : Contribute to creative planning by developing rough storyboards, visual references, and mood boards. Qualifications Strong communication skills, Hindi & English, and ability to work collaboratively in a team. Basic understanding of videography, photography, and production workflows. Familiarity with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, VN, etc.). Knowledge of social media platforms and content trends. Detail-oriented with a creative mindset. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Film, Media Studies, Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
