Position Description: The Warden for Girls Hostel is responsible for overseeing the well-being, discipline, and security of the girls’ hostel. This role involves monitoring students’ conduct, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a safe and conducive living environment. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in any discipline · Experience in hostel management or student welfare is preferred · Strong interpersonal, communication, and disciplinary skills · Ability to handle emergencies and provide counselling Responsibilities: · Monitor students’ behaviour and ensure adherence to hostel rules · Address student concerns and provide guidance and counselling · Coordinate hostel activities and events to promote a positive living environment · Ensure the safety and security of the hostel premises · Conduct regular inspections and maintain hostel facilities · Manage hostel staff and oversee their duties · Maintain records of students’ attendance and conduct · Report to the management on hostel-related matters · Enforce disciplinary measures when necessary · Ensure timely and effective resolution of conflicts among students · Organize and supervise extracurricular activities to enhance student life · Conduct orientation sessions for new hostel residents · Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards within the hostel · Liaise with parents and guardians regarding students' well-being and behaviour · Oversee the implementation of hostel policies and procedures · Provide support during emergencies and ensure preparedness for such situations · Develop and maintain a supportive and caring environment for students Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,764.53 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Fixed shift Work Location: In person
