You will be working as a CI Flexo Operator for Shansco Group of Companies in Chennai. Your role will involve operating and maintaining CI Flexo printing machines to ensure high-quality print output. This includes setting up machines, loading raw materials, supervising print production, performing quality checks, and troubleshooting production issues. Your responsibilities will also include adhering to safety standards, managing ink usage, and collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain CI Flexo printing machines - Set up machines and load raw materials - Supervise print production and perform quality checks - Troubleshoot production issues - Adhere to safety standards and manage ink usage - Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines Qualifications: - Experience in Printer Support, Printing, and Print Production - Knowledge of ink mixing, shade matching, etc. - Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining CI Flexo printing machinery - Familiarity with print quality inspection and adherence to production deadlines - Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork skills - Previous experience in the flexible packaging industry (5 years) is a plus - Technical certification or training in printing machinery is advantageous,
