Make outbound calls to prospective clients. Explain product/services and generate interest. Schedule appointments for field sales representatives. Maintain accurate customer records in Excel sheets or CRM systems. Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication. Support the sales team with basic documentation and data entry tasks. Basic computer knowledge (email, internet, etc.). Communicate for Collections, queries & Data reports Proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, sorting, filtering, etc.).
