Managing Representative (QMS & Operations) **Company:** Shahnaz Bright Steel Industries Pvt. Ltd. **Reports To:** Chief Operating Officer (COO) SECTION 1 – MANAGING REPRESENTATIVE (QMS) Role Definition The Managing Representative (QMS) is responsible for maintaining and improving the company’s Quality Management System (QMS). This role ensures compliance with ISO standards, customer audit requirements, and internal process discipline. The MR–QMS acts as the liaison between management and auditors, ensuring all departments follow documented procedures and achieve continual improvement. Responsibilities & Deliverables Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards across all departments. Maintain all quality manuals, SOPs, and work instructions (WIs). Coordinate internal and external audits, including customer and third-party audits. Track and ensure closure of Non-Conformities (NCs) and Corrective Action Reports (CARs). Monitor calibration, process validation, and quality assurance documentation. Conduct Management Review Meetings (MRM) and maintain MOM reports. Ensure all staff are trained on QMS processes and continuous improvement initiatives. Support customer-specific documentation such as PPAP, FMEA, and control plans. Measurement Metrics (KPIs) KPI Area Metric Target Audit Compliance % of NCs closed within target time ≥ 95% Documentation % of QMS documents updated & approved 100% Training % of team trained as per calendar ≥ 90% Quality % of audit findings recurrence ≤ 2% MRM Timely conduct and reporting 100% Requirement Details **Education:** Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering; Certification in ISO 9001 / IATF preferred. **Experience:** Minimum 5–10 years in Quality / QMS roles in a manufacturing setup. **Technical Skills:** QMS, ISO documentation, PPAP, 8D, RCA, ERP/FMS entry, Excel, and audit coordination. **Communication Skills:** Strong coordination and documentation communication across departments. **Character:** Detail-oriented, systematic, and compliance-driven.
