The company is committed to delivering premium products for critical applications. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Welding Engineer role based in Sangli. Responsibilities include performing various welding processes such as GTAW, SMAW and TIG welding, conducting welding inspections, and ensuring quality control standards. The role will also involve collaborating with teams to improve welding techniques, troubleshooting, and addressing any metallurgical or welding challenges that arise during manufacturing processes. Qualifications Proficiency in GTAW, SMAW & TIG Welding processes Expertise in Welding Inspection, Quality Control, and adherence to safety and performance standards Knowledge of Metallurgy and material science as it applies to exotic alloys and industry standards Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot welding-related challenges Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred Relevant certifications in welding or quality standards (e.g., AWS, CSWIP) are an added advantage Experience in the casting or manufacturing industry is a plus
