Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Payroll position located in Ghaziabad. The Human Resources Payroll role involves managing day-to-day HR tasks, ensuring accurate payroll processing, administering employee benefits, and implementing HR policies. The role requires efficient personnel management, handling employee records, and assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Qualifications Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits management Personnel Management experience Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in a similar role is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
