Job Description We are seeking a talented and proactive Designer & Interior Site Supervisor to join our team. This dual role combines creative design expertise with on-site project supervision for modular kitchens, wardrobes, doors, and decorative panelling works. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent design skills, and the ability to handle client interactions as well as manage site teams for smooth project execution. Responsibilities As Designer: Meet clients to understand design requirements, preferences, and budgets. Develop design concepts, layouts, and detailed 2D/3D drawings for modular kitchens, wardrobes, doors, and wall panelling. Select materials, finishes, hardware fittings (e.g. Hettich, Hafele, Blum) and propose cost-effective solutions. Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates. Coordinate with production teams to ensure designs are feasible for manufacturing and installation. Provide clients with presentations and revisions as needed. As Interior Site Supervisor: Supervise site installations for modular kitchens, wardrobes, doors, and panelling. Study and interpret technical drawings to guide site activities. Plan daily site work schedules and allocate manpower accordingly. Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to design specifications. Troubleshoot any on-site issues swiftly to avoid delays. Maintain coordination between clients, design team, vendors, and contractors. Monitor material deliveries and usage at site. Implement safety practices and ensure a clean, organized site. Report project progress to management and escalate critical issues.
