Role Overview If you enjoy creating content that feels real, human, and meaningful, this is for you. As our Social Media Intern, you’ll help shape how the world sees Saamarth: from product stories and maker journeys to campaigns that bring customers closer to women-owned enterprises. The work is fast-paced, creative, and deeply grounded in the real world. Key Responsibilities Create engaging social media content (reels, stories, posts; website/newsletter content as needed) Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns Visit production units to gather stories, photos, videos, and insights Track analytics and share ideas to improve reach and engagement Support marketplace operations (pop-ups, exhibitions, offline sales) Who You Are Student or recent graduate in Marketing/Communication/Design or similar fields Strong writing skills in English and/or Gujarati Basic skills in photography/videography/Canva Comfortable working on Instagram & LinkedIn Curious about crafts, markets, and women-led enterprises What You Will Learn & Build You’ll leave this internship with real, end-to-end experience in: Storytelling for products and people — rooted in women’s business leadership Digital marketing execution for a growing marketplace Content strategy, analytics, and campaign-building On-ground experience at pop-ups, sales events, and field shoots Working inside a fast-paced, high-accountability communications team Stipend: As per organization policy
