Role & responsibilities Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic ELV Manager to lead the complete lifecycle from design to execution—of ELV systems across hospitals, commercial complexes, residential townships, and industrial establishments. The ideal candidate will bring strong domain expertise, project management acumen, and leadership capability to independently handle high-value, multi-site ELV installations. Key Responsibilities: Lead ELV system design and end-to-end execution for large-scale infrastructure projects. Ensure timely delivery of project objectives within agreed scope, cost, and quality benchmarks. Supervise and coordinate with design consultants, vendors, and on-ground project teams. Lead system integration across Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, EPABX, Intercom, and Structured Cabling. Oversee ELV designs aligned to hospital-specific compliance, NABH/HTM norms, and industrial safety codes. Validate BOQs, wiring schematics, and equipment layouts for all ELV components. Ensure project documentation is as per client and regulatory standards. Handle technical reviews, FAT/SAT, testing & commissioning, and system handover. Manage vendor negotiations, procurement timelines, and installation quality. Liaise with cross-disciplinary teams (Electrical, HVAC, BMS) for coordinated execution. Ensure adherence to fire codes, IS/IEC standards, and local municipal/IT norms. Conduct client demos, training sessions, and post-handover support documentation. Prepare and present progress reports, risk logs, and milestone dashboards to leadership. Build and mentor a high-performance ELV team; ensure knowledge upgrade and cross-training. Desired Skills & Competencies: Expert knowledge of ELV systems including: CCTV & Video Surveillance, Fire Alarm and Detection Systems, Access Control & Attendance Systems, Nurse Call, Public Address, EPABX, Data Networking. Strong capability in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other ELV/BMS tools. In-depth understanding of structured cabling, integration protocols (BACnet, Modbus, IP-based), and IT networks. Project management expertise with planning, execution, and budgeting. Ability to manage site-specific constraints in operational hospital or industrial environments. Excellent communication, vendor management, and stakeholder negotiation skills. Leadership to handle multi-disciplinary teams and deliver under pressure. Willingness to travel and supervise installations across multiple locations. Preferred candidate profile ELV execution in healthcare infrastructure, commercial high-rises, smart townships, industrial estates, or data centers.
