Job description: Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Study Visa/Study Immigration Counsellors. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome. The company will provide comprehensive training to help you understand visa processes, documentation, and client handling. Key Responsibilities: Counsel prospective clients and students regarding immigration, visa, and study abroad opportunities. Understand client requirements and guide them through the process for countries such as Canada, Australia, UK, USA, and Europe. Maintain and update client records in the CRM system. Assist clients with documentation and application procedures. Stay updated on immigration policies, procedures, and program changes. Follow up with clients via calls, emails, and meetings. Achieve assigned targets and contribute to the team’s success. Training Provided: Comprehensive induction on visa categories, documentation, and immigration rules. Soft skills and communication training. CRM and client-handling training. Ongoing guidance from senior counsellors and team leaders. Required Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong learning attitude and willingness to work in a target-oriented environment. Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, CRM). Positive attitude, confidence, and team spirit. Eligibility: Qualification: Any Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Arts, Commerce, Management, or related fields). Experience: 1 year (freshers are welcome). Age: 20–35 years. Benefits: Training provided.
