Décor Planning & Execution Conceptualize and design creative wedding décor themes based on client preferences. Collaborate with designers, florists, lighting teams, and production houses to bring ideas to life. Oversee setup, styling, and execution of décor elements at wedding venues. Ensure quality checks and timely execution of all décor elements. Event Planning & Coordination Work closely with vendors, venues, caterers, and other stakeholders for seamless event execution. Manage event logistics, ensuring all elements align with the client’s expectations. Provide on-site event management and troubleshooting during weddings. Vendor & Industry Networking Establish partnerships with décor vendors, florists, rental companies, and wedding suppliers. Negotiate deals and secure the best services for clients.
