The Group Insurance Manager will be responsible for all insurance operations across the dealership. The role focuses on maximizing insurance penetration, enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring profitability in line with OEM and IRDAI standards.
The RM and SRM is responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales and service. The SRM expected to handle higher-value portfolios and mentorship responsibilities. Required Candidate profile Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability in sales, business development, and customer handling.
The role includes planning sales activities, conducting meetings, training team members, and preparing regular sales reports. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales team handling, good communication and negotiation skills.
