Setter Cum Programmer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Setter cum Programmer who is proficient in manual CNC programming and operation. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines to produce precision components as per engineering drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up CNC machines (Turning / Milling) for production.
• Perform manual CNC programming using G & M codes.
• Operate CNC machines and ensure parts are produced to required specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and tool layouts.
• Conduct first-piece inspection and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain tooling, fixtures, and machine accuracy.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and ensure production efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in CNC Programming and Setting (manual).
• Proficient in CNC Turning / Milling machine operation.
• Strong knowledge of cutting tools, offsets, and coordinate systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
