Had some issue with the repairing of my OnePlus phone. Spoke to Servify customer care helpline. Call was assigned to one Rahul Maurya who was phenomenal in his service. Helped me through the entire repair service in less than 3 minutes. Superb service.

Servify helped me in fixing my broken screen in my one plus phone. Very smooth and hassle free claim process. I would recommend their service and I'm planning to renew their insurance for another year.

Very smooth and impressive experience. I damaged the screen of my OnePlus3 phone approx 8 months after purchase and the entire process of getting it fixed (right from filing the claim till getting the repaired device back) was seemless. I strongly recommend using Servify additional warranty / insurance for the mobile devices.

Screen damaged plan was not activated. On request, they do the needful with 24 hours and also processed my claim request within another 24 hours. However, damaged screen is yet to be replaced and I hope the same will be done promptly. Their response is very prompt,I will appreciate.
