The service is seamless and transparent. I got the protection for my OnePlus 5 device and didn't have any issues with my recent claim for screen replacement. If they can reduce the turnaround time for repair or provide a backup device during the period of repair, it would be great. Overall a satisfactory experience.

Very good service. Got my OP3 screen replaced for 1K. The procedure to make a claim is simple and it's attended by an agent very fast. Accidentally broke my phone screen on a Monday, made claim same day and they got repaired in less than 4 days. Got my phone back on Saturday.
