Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business analysis, ServiceNow implementations, stakeholder management, and functional solution design.

The candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing existing processes, supporting solution design, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver effective ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders for ServiceNow SPM initiatives.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Conduct workshops for requirement gathering, process mapping, requirement validation, and solution design.

- Collaborate with technical teams to align business requirements with platform capabilities, integrations, and technical constraints.

- Prepare test cases, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track defects, and validate fixes.

- Develop implementation documentation, release notes, training materials, and end-user guides.

- Identify opportunities for business process improvement and recommend effective solutions.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication across business and technical teams.

- Support Agile delivery practices using the SAFe framework and ServiceNow Agile Board.

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and implementation standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- 10+ years of overall IT experience.

- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.

- At least 8 years of experience working on ServiceNow implementations.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and the ServiceNow platform.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) modules.

- Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, functional documentation, user stories, and UAT.

- Understanding of ServiceNow data models, best practices, and platform limitations.

- Experience working with Agile methodologies, particularly the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

- Familiarity with ServiceNow Agile Board.

- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to Workplace Service Delivery (WSD).

- Experience with Now Assist implementation.

- Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations and cross-platform business processes.

Compensation

Salary budget: Up to ₹30 LPA, depending on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
