Greetings from SwaaS! Position : Servicenow Configuration Manger Location: Guindy, Chennai JD : 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow configuration and administration with expertise in ITSM & CSM modules . Strong experience in CMDB management and discovery tools . Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and workflow automation . Hands-on experience with Service Catalog, SLA management, and Case Management . Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices. Experience in ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, Web Services) . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
