Experience:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Tech Lead with strong hands-on expertise in CMDB, Discovery, ITOM, and Service Mapping to lead enterprise ITOM initiatives.

Required Skills:

7+ years of relevant hands-on ServiceNow experience (mandatory).
Strong expertise in CMDB, Discovery, ITOM Visibility, and Service Mapping.
Experience with MID Servers, Discovery Patterns, IRE, CMDB Health Dashboard, and Data Manager.
Good understanding of Windows/Linux, networks, databases, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
