Job Description: CMDB Governance: Designing and implementing the CMDB structure based on the CSDM framework. Defining data quality standards and implementing data cleansing processes. Managing CMDB access controls and data governance policies. Discovery and Data Integration: Configuring and maintaining ServiceNow Discovery to automatically identify and populate the CMDB with relevant IT assets. Developing custom discovery patterns to capture unique infrastructure details. Integrating data from external systems into the CMDB using APIs and connectors. Service Mapping: Creating service maps to visualize the relationships between business services, applications, and technical infrastructure components. Mapping dependencies between CIs (Configuration Items) within the CMDB. CSDM Implementation: Defining and implementing the CSDM model based on organizational needs. Classifying services using the CSDM hierarchy (Business Services, Application Services, Technical Services).
