Job Description: As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Be a good team player, take up cross competency work, and contribute to COE activities. Position Requirements: Mandatory Skills: Proficiency in MRP Areas and MRP Runs. Understanding of attributes on material master impacting the selection of material for MRP runs (MRP types, controllers, etc.). Knowledge of different MRP types - on demand vs replenishment/reorder point impact/net change planning. Understanding source lists and their impact/PIR. Experience with reorder point and its impact on quotation process. Familiarity with relevant T codes - MD01, MD02, MD03, MD04, etc., and the ability to determine when to use each. Expertise in planned orders vs purchase orders and when each is triggered. 8-12 years of experience in SAP Materials Management (MM) and Inventory Management. Implementation and Managed Services experience, with profound experience in support and testing projects. Experience in ECC and S/4 HANA versions as a Functional & Configuration Consultant. Ability to work with onsite and off-shore teams to meet project targets. Good understanding of SAP Configuration and business processes in Logistics. Excellent cross-functional knowledge and integration skills with MM-FI and SD. Strong verbal and written communication skills for business/technical discussions, documentation, and working with people at all levels. Experience in blueprinting, configuration, and all phases of testing, documentation, and production support. Strong familiarity with all SAP Implementation methodologies. Extensive experience in functional and technical requirements, study of business blueprints, designing, development, fit-gaps, workshops, realization, testing, end-user training, and support. Customization of Inventory Management number ranges for GR GI, and Movement type. Experience with physical inventory documents respective to storage locations. Experience in configuration of AAC Determination, defining Valuation class, account category reference, movement type, and account grouping of movement types. Customization of Logistics Invoice Verification document types, number range for Logistic documents, and Evaluated receipt settlement (ERS). Experience in material pricing and tax on purchase. Responsible for various phases of testing, including strategy, test scripts, end-user testing, test plans, and end-user authorizations acceptance. Preferred Skills: Experience with business data migration from legacy systems to SAP system using LSMW. Certification in SAP S/4 HANA MM, SCM Area. Experience with SAP S/4 HANA with Retail and Merchandise Management. Strong understanding of integration with other modules like FI/CO, SD, PS, HR, WM, EWM. Exposure to interfaces like ALE/IDOC or EDI/IDOC with some technical knowledge. Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Solution Manager, Jira, HP4, MQC, LSMW.
