This role involves managing a team of technicians, scheduling service calls, recruiting and training staff, and developing strategies to increase sales through service promotions and maintenance agreements. 3.) The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, excellent leadership and project management skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. 4.)
