Service Delivery Analyst I

As an Engineer - Service Delivery in the ever-evolving SRO Team at our company, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of availability and stability for one or more applications. Your tasks will include incident/problem analysis and resolution, change deployment and certification, application performance management, application operations management, and development support. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on the latest technologies such as AWS Cloud, Kubernetes Deployments, DevOps, and Observability Tools.
