I have never seen an interview like this before, wns Hr 's doesn't need a person with knowledge, they hire someone without knowledge, this company doesn't really need an interview, they reject the person they want.

Interview process is a bit awkward. Takes more time than expected. They'll make you wait without saying anything to you. You'll watch employee attending and getting off after their shifts, but still you'll be there. Even the HR who takes interview from you will leave but not you.
