Role Description This is a full-time role for a Videographer / Video Production Specialist based in Bhubaneswar, with some work-from-office/field locations. The specialist will handle day-to-day tasks, including video production, camera operation, lighting, and shooting video. The role requires a keen eye for detail, creativity, and technical proficiency to produce high-quality video content. Key Responsibilities Pre-Production Arrange and manage lighting, audio, and camera equipment. Suggest visual concepts, framing styles, and shooting techniques. Production (Shooting) Shoot 25–35 min conversational episodes with multiple speakers. Ensure high-quality video and crisp audio recording. Capture B-rolls, reaction shots, and candid moments. Create engaging short clips (30–90 sec) for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, etc. Requirements Proven experience in videography and video editing (portfolio/reel required). Basic knowledge of sound recording and lighting setups. Creativity in framing, pacing, and storytelling. Ability to work in fast-paced, discussion-driven environments. Familiarity with YouTube, Shorts/Reels trends, memes, and social media culture . Preferred Qualifications Experience in shooting podcasts, talk shows, or YouTube content. Motion graphics/animation skills (After Effects, Canva, etc.) a plus. Own basic equipment (camera, mic, tripod, lights)—preferred but not mandatory.
