Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Chennai. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales within the assigned region, developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Duties also include coordinating with the marketing team, conducting market research, and implementing effective sales strategies. The role involves frequent travel within the region and requires excellent communication and negotiation skills. Qualifications Experience in sales management, business development, and achieving sales targets Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Having cold call experience is added advantage Proficiency in market analysis and developing effective sales strategies Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region Having Science, Bio technology, Microbiology background is a must Experience in the healthcare or laboratory supplies industry is a plus
