The Sales / Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Sales / Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, building brand visibility, and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Indian travel and hospitality industry. The role involves representing our international hotel partners , creating strategic marketing initiatives, and converting leads into business across leisure, corporate, and MICE segments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Development Promote partner hotels to Indian travel agents, tour operators, OTAs, luxury travel advisors, and corporate clients. Generate new business leads and convert opportunities into room night production. Conduct regular sales calls, presentations, and product trainings for the trade. Participate in travel fairs, roadshows, and networking events to strengthen brand awareness. 2. Account Management Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and ensure consistent communication. Track performance of each account and identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with partner hotels’ sales and marketing teams to align strategies. 3. Marketing & Promotion Support marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and co-branded initiatives. Coordinate FAM trips, press trips, and experiential events to promote partner hotels. Work closely with digital and PR teams to maximize visibility of hotel partners. 4. Reporting & Analysis Prepare monthly sales reports and performance analysis for each hotel partner. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify emerging opportunities. Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-up on all client interactions. Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or Marketing. 0–6 years of experience in hotel sales, travel representation, or luxury travel industry. Strong network within the Indian travel trade and corporate travel ecosystem. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to travel within India for sales missions.
