Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Engineer located in Chennai. The Presales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support during the sales process, conducting product demonstrations, understanding customer requirements, and developing solutions to meet their needs. Additionally, the role involves integrating security solutions into client environments, responding to RFPs, and collaborating with sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Technical Support and Presales skills Sales and Integration skills Security knowledge and expertise in EPP, EDR/XDR, ZTNA, MDM, DATA PRIVACY. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
