The Center Manager is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the Machaxi training center, ensuring a high-quality experience for athletes, parents, and coaches. The role involves overseeing operations, attendance, facility maintenance, coach coordination, parent communication, and ensuring compliance with Machaxi standards and timelines. Key Responsibilities:Manage daily operations and ensure the center runs as per Machaxi’s process and quality benchmarks. Monitor coach performance, attendance, and training quality. Drive student attendance and engagement, ensuring updates are timely and accurate. Handle parent communication, queries, and feedback professionally. Ensure hostel and facility upkeep, safety, and cleanliness. Maintain daily reports, checklists, and MIS as required by management. Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Operations teams for payroll, logistics, and resource requirements. Support in events, matches, and performance assessments at the center. Implement new initiatives and ensure smooth adoption of technology and policies. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and brand representation at all times. Skills & Attributes:Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and coordination ability. Basic understanding of HR and administrative procedures.
