We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented SEO Specialist to join our team in a full-time, permanent work-from-home role.
Key Responsibilities
- Local SEO: Optimize Google Business Profiles (GMB), manage business information, improve local search visibility, and implement local SEO strategies.
- On-Page SEO: Perform keyword research, optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal links, content, and service pages.
- Technical SEO: Conduct technical SEO audits, identify crawlability and indexing issues, improve website structure, analyze XML sitemaps, resolve broken links, and monitor Core Web Vitals.
- Off-Page SEO: Develop white-hat link-building strategies, perform competitor backlink analysis, identify link-building opportunities, and improve website authority.
- Keyword Research: Identify relevant keywords, analyze search intent, conduct competitor research, and develop keyword-targeting strategies.
- Content Optimization: Optimize website pages and blog posts to improve organic visibility, topical authority, and user experience.
- AEO (Answer Engine Optimization): Optimize content to improve its suitability for AI-generated answers, featured snippets, and question-based search queries.
- GEO (Generative Engine Optimization): Implement strategies to improve content visibility and discoverability across AI-powered search experiences.
- SEO Audits: Conduct regular website audits and prepare actionable recommendations.
- Reporting: Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, Google Search Console data, Google Analytics data, and other SEO performance metrics.
- Client and Team Coordination: Work with the content, web development, and digital marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations and achieve client objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO.
- Previous experience working with a digital marketing or SEO agency.
- Strong knowledge of Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Practical experience in on-page, technical, and off-page SEO.
- Understanding of AEO, GEO, semantic SEO, and search intent optimization.
- Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of WordPress websites and basic website optimization.
- Ability to conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits independently.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while working remotely.
