We are seeking a skilled and result-oriented SEO Specialist to strengthen our online presence, increase organic traffic, and generate high-quality real estate leads through effective search engine optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic visibility.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research focused on real estate and local search trends.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, and metadata to improve search engine performance.
• Perform regular website audits to identify and resolve SEO issues, including crawl errors, broken links, duplicate content, and indexing problems.
• Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building techniques.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
• Track keyword rankings, website traffic, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, developers, and the marketing team to execute SEO-driven campaigns.
• Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
• Optimize Google Business Profile and local SEO listings to improve local search visibility.
• Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and Local SEO.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and keyword research tools.
• Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Understanding of Core Web Vitals, schema markup, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and website speed optimization.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS basics is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
