Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented *SEO Executive* to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO strategies, website optimization, keyword research, and link building. You will be responsible for improving organic search visibility, monitoring website performance, and implementing effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify SEO opportunities.

- Perform on-page SEO, including optimizing meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, images, and website content.

- Conduct regular SEO audits to identify and resolve website optimization issues.

- Plan and execute ethical link-building strategies to improve website authority.

- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.

- Optimize website structure, internal linking, and content for better search engine visibility.

- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to develop SEO-friendly content.

- Support social media marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and website traffic.

- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and recommend improvements based on data insights.

- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Strong knowledge of keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and SEO audits.

- Hands-on experience with website optimization and link-building activities.

- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.

- Basic understanding of HTML and website structure.

- Good analytical, reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field is preferred.
