Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven SEO Executive to lead the execution of SEO initiatives, improve organic search visibility, increase qualified website traffic, and strengthen EaseToLearn's search engine performance. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with the analytical ability to identify growth opportunities and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, website traffic, and search visibility.
• Conduct advanced keyword research, search intent analysis, competitor analysis, and content gap assessments.
• Manage on-page SEO, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URL structures, internal linking, schema markup, and content optimisation.
• Conduct technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexing, canonicalisation, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, redirects, Core Web Vitals, and website architecture.
• Monitor organic search performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog.
• Develop and execute ethical off-page SEO and link-building strategies to improve domain authority and backlink quality.
• Collaborate with content writers to plan and optimise SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, category pages, and educational resources.
• Identify organic growth opportunities for high-intent keywords, competitive search terms, and relevant educational topics.
• Analyse changes in rankings, organic traffic, CTR, engagement, and conversions; recommend corrective actions based on data.
• Coordinate with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations and resolve website performance issues.
• Track search engine algorithm updates and implement appropriate improvements to maintain sustainable organic growth.
• Prepare regular SEO performance reports, maintain documentation, and communicate progress against agreed objectives.
• Support website migrations, new page launches, and large-scale content optimisation wherever required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO and organic search optimisation.
• Strong practical knowledge of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO.
• Proficiency in Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, backlink analysis, indexing, crawling, and website architecture.
• Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, structured data, schema markup, and basic HTML.
• Experience analysing organic traffic trends, ranking changes, CTR, and conversion performance.
• Ability to translate SEO data into actionable recommendations and measurable business outcomes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience in EdTech, education, e-commerce, or other content-driven websites will be preferred.

Mandatory Application Requirement

• Case studies demonstrating organic traffic growth, keyword ranking improvements, indexing improvements, or increased conversions.
• Performance reports or screenshots showing results over a defined period.
• A clear description of the candidate's individual contribution to each project.

Candidates may share portfolio links, case studies, reports, or relevant screenshots. Confidential client information must not be disclosed.
