SEO Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to build and execute scalable organic growth strategies, with a strong focus on Programmatic SEO, Technical SEO, content optimization, and organic lead generation. The ideal candidate can identify commercial keyword opportunities, create useful landing-page frameworks, improve search visibility, and use automation and AI-assisted workflows to drive measurable results. Knowledge of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

● Programmatic SEO: Plan scalable service, industry, location, and use-case landing pages; cluster keywords and map them to URLs; optimize templates for search intent; maintain unique, useful content; and monitor crawling, indexation, rankings, and conversions.

● Technical SEO: Conduct audits and resolve issues involving crawlability, indexation, canonicals, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, redirects, internal links, Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile usability, site architecture, and structured data.

● Keyword Research & Content: Research high-intent commercial keywords; perform competitor and keyword-gap analysis; develop topical maps and content plans; optimize metadata, headings, page structure, and internal links; and collaborate with writers on content quality.

● AEO, GEO & AI Search: Structure authoritative, question-focused content for answer engines and AI-powered search; strengthen topical authority and brand-entity consistency; track mentions, citations, and referral traffic where measurable; and test AI-assisted SEO workflows.

● Organic Growth & Lead Generation: Improve qualified non-brand traffic and commercial keyword visibility; optimize pages for enquiries, demos, and conversions; analyze performance and underperforming pages; and work with marketing and business development teams to improve lead quality.

● SEO Automation & Reporting: Streamline repetitive tasks using Google Sheets, APIs, Python, n8n, or similar tools; build workflows for clustering, metadata, internal-link audits, and reporting; and deliver regular performance updates and prioritized action plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 2–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, including practical Programmatic SEO and scalable landing-page optimization.

● Strong understanding of technical SEO audits, crawling, indexation, structured data, keyword research, search intent, competitor analysis, and internal linking.

● Working proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Keyword Planner, and at least one major SEO platform such as Ahrefs or Semrush.

● Experience improving organic visibility for commercial, service-based, or lead-generation websites.

● Familiarity with CMS platforms, HTML, and basic technical implementation; strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and project-management skills. Preferred

Qualifications

● SEO experience in B2B, SaaS, IT services, or software development.

● Knowledge of AEO, GEO, AI search visibility measurement, and international SEO.

● Familiarity with n8n, Make, Python, APIs, or other SEO automation tools.

● Understanding of conversion-rate optimization and organic lead-generation strategies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

● Targets will be agreed based on existing website performance, available resources, and business objectives.

● Quality, indexation, and performance of programmatic landing pages.

● Growth in qualified non-brand organic traffic and commercial keyword visibility.

● Resolution of technical SEO issues and improvements to content and internal linking.

● Organic leads and landing-page conversion performance.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
