SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Develop and execute comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize website content, metadata, internal linking, and technical SEO elements.
• Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building techniques.
• Conduct regular SEO audits and implement recommendations.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and industry best practices.

Content Marketing

• Plan and manage SEO-focused content strategies.
• Optimize blogs, landing pages, and service pages for search engines.
• Ensure content aligns with user intent and business objectives.

Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns.
• Optimize campaign performance to improve ROI and reduce acquisition costs.
• Execute email marketing and remarketing campaigns.

Social Media Marketing

• Create and manage content calendars.
• Grow brand awareness through organic and paid social media campaigns.
• Monitor engagement and analyze campaign performance.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
• Prepare monthly reports on traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, and campaign performance.
• Provide actionable insights to improve the effectiveness of digital marketing.

Website & Conversion Optimization

• Collaborate with developers to improve website speed, mobile responsiveness, and technical SEO.
• Optimize landing pages for higher conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing and recommend UX improvements.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Knowledge of keyword research tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Ubersuggest.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure is an advantage.
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Knowledge of backlink analysis and outreach strategies.
• Familiarity with local SEO and international SEO.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Google Ads Certification or Google Analytics Certification is preferred.
• Digital marketing certifications are an added advantage.

Experience

• 3-6 years of experience in SEO and Digital Marketing.
• Experience working with IT services, SaaS, software products, or digital agencies will be preferred.
