What You'll Do Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap audits Optimize websites for on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, internal linking, etc.) Perform technical audits and coordinate with developers for fixes Plan and execute off-page SEO campaigns (link building, outreach) Monitor analytics, rankings, and traffic via Google Search Console, Analytics, Ahrefs, etc. Prepare monthly SEO reports and performance breakdowns Collaborate with content and design teams for SEO-driven pages Stay updated on algorithm changes and implement best practices What We’re Looking For 2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency background preferred) Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO Proficiency in SEO tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console Experience with WordPress and basic HTML Good communication, reporting, and time-management skills Nice to Have Experience managing local SEO and multi-location websites Basic knowledge of website speed optimization and Core Web Vitals Content planning or SEO content writing background Why Join Us Work with a collaborative team and diverse client base In-office mentorship and performance-based growth Exposure to full-funnel digital marketing strategy Opportunity to take ownership of client success Show more Show less
