Job Summary We are seeking an SEO Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in optimizing websites, driving organic search performance, and leveraging tools like AHREFs and WordPress. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, and improving website performance across technical and content-related areas. The role requires a strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO, as well as proficiency in using SEO tools to deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities, Deliverables / Outcomes SEO Strategy Execution : Implement SEO strategies aimed at improving search rankings and driving organic traffic for client websites. Keyword Research Optimization : Perform detailed keyword research using AHREFs and other tools to identify high-traffic keywords, and optimize websites for relevant keywords across content, metadata, and other on-page factors. Technical SEO : Conduct SEO audits and collaborate with the development team to optimize website architecture, site speed, mobile-friendliness, and ensure proper indexing and crawling. Content Optimization : Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with search intent and provides value to users. Optimize existing content and create recommendations for new content based on SEO performance. Link Building Off-Page SEO : Implement link-building strategies to improve domain authority and overall search rankings. Monitor backlink profiles and disavow toxic links as needed. Analytics Reporting : Use SEO tools such as Google Analytics, AHREFs, Google Search Console, and others to track SEO performance, measure key metrics, and report findings. Provide insights to continually optimize strategies. Cross-Department Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams such as content creators, developers, and designers to ensure cohesive SEO strategy implementation. WordPress Website Management: Design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot WordPress websites to ensure optimal performance, security, user experience, and SEO compliance, including proper URL structures, schema markup, and mobile responsiveness. Key Skills: Proficient in developing and executing SEO strategies to drive organic traffic. Skilled in conducting keyword research and optimizing content for search engines. Expertise in technical SEO, including site speed, mobile optimization, and indexing. Experience in using SEO tools like AHREFs, Google Analytics, and SEMrush. Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO practices. Effective at link-building and improving domain authority. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for SEO improvements. Proficiency in designing, building, and maintaining WordPress websites. Ability to update, troubleshoot, and ensure the functionality and reliability of WordPress websites.
