Role & responsibilities Identify, approach, and convert B2B clients across India and international markets. Develop and execute outreach strategies through LinkedIn, email, and professional networks. Prepare persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and client presentations. Negotiate and close profitable contracts while ensuring long-term relationships. Research and expand into new markets and industry segments. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline aligned with company growth goals. Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service delivery. Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and client acquisition targets. Preferred candidate profile 36 years of proven experience in B2B Sales / Business Development (preferably in IT, Consulting, BPO, or Design Services). Strong understanding of end-to-end sales cycles — from prospecting to deal closure. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently , meet targets, and manage multiple clients. Highly professional, self-motivated, and results-driven. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
